  We have been using TruScore for over 6 years and we have found them to be very responsive, flexible and adaptable to our needs. The report is very easy to set up and debrief. We love the web enabled version of the 360. It enables you to hyperlink to other parts of the report to find patterns throughout the report. We also like the fact they have options for multiple levels within your organization.

Every aspect of the project from building a customized survey, including feedback from the pilot group, training our coaches to producing timely reports, TruScore has been reliable and responsive.   TruScore is truly a relationship-driven organization. Not only do they provide a user-friendly and expansive 360 assessment tool, their customers can trust that they will receive thoughtful and strategic guidance, to successfully administer 360 assessments for their leaders.
