  They squeezed my Daisy in immediately on a Saturday morning for an emergency situation. She had a fever and we had been up all night at the ER which we simply couldn’t afford up front for tests. Doctor and staff were all so knowledgeable on her breed and helped tremendously bringing her fluids up and safe to go home and monitor while we wait for tests. This was an emergency visit that turned into me leaving our previous vet because compared I can see the lack of care they gave us over the last year and dismissive behavior on very serious matters. I would highly recommend True Animal Vet to everyone! So blessed to find out forever vet. ❤️🐾

  My primary vet is unfortunately retiring and I was referred to Dr. Nicholson by a friend. We have kept the same vet for many years since we moved to Texas and we were nervous to try another vet. However, our first visit with Dr. Nicholson was so pleasant that we wish we would've found her earlier. Her team were all so nice and professional. We appreciate how gentle they were with my new pup. I am naturally a very inquisitive person and Dr. Nicholson and her team answered all my questions without hesitation or annoyance. I also appreciate that Dr. Nicholson called me with test results herself. Her compassion helped to reassure me that transitioning to her new practice was a solid choice. Thank you!

  I was so excited that Dr Nicholson had opened her own practice! My dogs had seen her at her last office and I was happy to get to see her again. She always takes enough time with your pet. My dog is very nervous at the vet and rather than sedating him, Dr Nicholson gained his trust and he did great! Prices are very fair and I love that they have evening and weekend hours as well as an urgent care.

  I can't express enough my gratitude, and thanks to Dr. Nicholson and her team for taking care of my Dakota after she was in a vicious dog fight. They are amazing!
  
  I drove all the way from Cypress because the 6 other veterinarians I called would not see my dog because of either the severity of the wounds or they were too busy, and Dr. Nicholson didn't hesitate to have me bring her in!
  
  What a wonderful group of people they have there!
  
  Dr. Nicholson said I could take her to my personal vet to have Dakotas tube and stitches removed, but I will make the long trek back to True Animal Vet to have her team do it. It's worth the gas!

  There is no vet I trust more in the area than Dr. Nicholson. She truly puts compassion and care for your dog above everything else. My dog's quality of life significantly improved after seeing Dr. Nicholson and switching supplements and lifestyle changes she suggested. I was very happy with how she and her staff followed up to check on our dog after visits as well.
  We are thoroughly impressed by the response time by office staff, quick check in process, and the comprehensive exam for our dogs.
  When it comes to choosing a vet and a clinic for my dog, I want a vet who cares for my dog like their own, and I can confidently say Dr. Nicholson does exactly that. I highly recommend True Animal Vet
