  The ladies in the office are always pleasant and eager to help. One thing I’d change, is you reward points, I have zero interest in points adding up and then to pay for any of the products. I’d rather have a check ! 😀

  Ms. Banks always goes above and beyond to help me or answer my questions, and after multiple phone calls and emails I look forward to speaking to her as it's always a very easy and friendly experience. I feel confident that I am getting the best coverage and deals on my insurance and do not plan on switching away from Allstate anytime soon, especially due to their astounding customer service.
