Bad customer service ever we got there at 8 p.m. after 15 minutes when we ordered the food they kicked us out and they said we don't want to serve to you guys because we had hot tea in our own cup

came here on a Friday night with my husband after reading all the raving reviews. The restaurant was empty when we arrived which was strange and we waited at the entrance for someone to greet us. Finally a guy got up with his headphones on and chewing some straws in utter silence walked us to our table and plopped down some menus and water. We did not feel welcome at all and my husband even said let's leave but we decided to stay and give it a try. Our waiter was also completely silent the entire time. It felt like the entire staff was mute. We finally ordered the Adana Kebab which arrived with microwaved bland rice and something called kebabs which were smashed together in a patty format and seemed like they had been frozen for awhile. I had to force them down since they were so tasteless and dry. The salad had no dressing on the side and was just there more as a filler on the plate.
Don't be fooled by the stars; this place is TERRIBLE! Get out while you can. RUN! I ate one patty and we headed to the register to pay since even with so much stuff no one even asked us once how the food was or if we needed anything. The waiter at the register took our card in complete silence again! No words! Not even how was your food? Or a simple thank you! I am completely dissapointed with this place and really hope it shuts down. ZERO Customer service and ZERO quality of food. I would give zero stars if i could.
