The grounds was nice with lots of plants and trees, check in was quick and easy, King bed room was spacious and clean, AC worked great, Internet worked great and fast, fridge worked great but shower could use an update and sign needs to be fixed so you can see it at night. Looks as if they are renovating several rooms at this time and the only downside to my 2 day stay was that I was never brought a Microwave after 2 request.

Could use a more thorough cleaning and some TLC. Also please be sure to bring your own pillows because the ones provided are poor excuses for pillows and there are only 2 per bed. There were no bugs. Not roaches or ants and it was quiet.

Dont really wanta put a damn star up but had to say that this is the sorriest damn motel..ive ever seen. We have roaches on the wall starin at us we've watch no signal half the nite couldnt bring my luggage in scared i was gonna gunna take roaches with me

The rooms are nice, comfortable and clean.bathrooms big and nice.they have refrigerator and microwave in rooms. I've machine and soda machine. It's quite and the people in office are very nice and give good deals.

I checked in to 103 Sunday took a nasty ahower. Go to get in bed and bugs, hair, and blood were all over the covers,sheets,pulled all off and the mattress has foam showing with bugs coming out.
Owner would not give me all my money back. Needless to say I walked back to the shop my car's was at and slept there. Nasty service and rooms. .

Not sure who authored some of the reviews. Let me toss in a few facts to go along with the fiction. There was no cable TV. There was no coffee anywhere. Water pressure in shower, low. Cheap construction allows a good deal of ambient noise to permeate. $63 with tax for a single. Might be a deal for 1/2 that.

I was visiting my cousin in Florida recently for her birthday and I stayed in Tropicana Motel for 2 nights while on my journey to her home. This motel advertises itself as a no-frills motel and indeed it is… but it is also really very clean and very efficient. I love the green area that the motel is located in and it was only a short drive away to the state park. The 24 hr reception also helped because I only checked in at almost midnight and there was someone manning the reception desk and showing me to my room. This may be an economical motel but it is no way an indicator of its quality. I had a better nights sleep there than I have had in many high-end hotels! I would recommend this motel to anyone heading to Florida.
