  Horrible customer service.. I order on the phone for pickup and always either get hung up on or get my order messed up. Only giving it two stars cause the food is still good. Needs new staff.

  I live much closer to the shop on Simmons, but will not go there due to a multitude of valid reasons. The shop on West Cheyenne is consistent with menu preparation, the place is clean and the staff is respectful.
  I emailed corporate office regarding the subpar performance at the Simmons store and received no reply... figures.

  These guys are super nice. Always willing to adjust their menu if you're on a special diet, so those of you that are looking for super healthy food, extra protein or anything else their actually very happy to help out even when I was on the HTC diet!!!

  Always great friendly service. I've been going to this location for years. Love how it is run and the people who work there. The good food and smoothies are just a bonus.

  I have always loved this place! This is one of the better locations. May be busy at times but the wait isn't too bad. They do, unfortunately, require you to be in uniform of you are looking for a military discount.

  W Cheyenne location is the worst! I came in today ordered two smoothies and they didn't taste right. The flavor was off, no sugar and huge chunks of ice. I asked the staff is they can fix it and they didn't want to fix it, I asked to speak to the manager and she didn't want to fix it either!! The worst part is that they had an attitude , they just wanted me to leave. After a while she "remade" it. She post the smoothies back in the blender and added a couple pumps of some liquid (didn't tell me what it was). When they gave them back to me it still tastes nasty! I was so mad! This is the second time this happens to me at this location (first time I didn't say anything). I'm staying away from this location from now on!

  The worst customer service ever. The owner is as bad as they come. I'd suggest going to the location at Cheyenne and 215. They're much better.

  Good place for a quick smoothie. Serves food too, small sandwiches and bowls. Staff is friendly and helpful.

  I no longer know how much smoothies are "supposed" to cost, but this one is 50 cents cheaper than the W. Charleston location. I've never had a bad experience here and I've been here multiple times. The wait never seems long even when it's relatively busy.

  If I could give 0 stars I would. The worst place to pick up smoothies in the valley. After 5 mins standing at the order counter and being walked past and not acknowledged the worker said loud enough to hear "why do I have to serve him" and then when he walked to the cash register literally said nothing and waited for me to speak. If you're looking to waste $7 and 30 mins of your life on a below average smoothie, I insist. But I never will again

  I liked how all the same smoothies are the same price, even though it doesn't make much sense since protein is included in some. I liked the health nut with whey, you can definitely taste the almondy-whey flavor though.
