Placed a last minute order and they took it, no questions asked! Very nice people here, I would definitely recommend them to everyone. You will not be disappointed!

Chess is very professional and open about what looks good and won't. Highly recommend them because they will tell you the truth, hard to find that anymore.

I know the owner Robert and I'm getting to know the whole crew. I've worked with them for quite sometime now and they are the nicest bunch to work with. The quality of work for the price can not be beat. Plus the nice selection on their website!

THe day before I went to the store I called- spoke to a lady that told me they MIGHT be able to engrave my item. I asked when it would be ready she said 'oh, it won't take long.' when I got there that lady jerked my item from me and said 'you said this was 3 inches, it is NOT!" and rudely walked away. She came back and said "ok, I can do it." She then asked when I needed it. I asked "when can you get it done?" She said "Nooo, that was NOT my question, I asked YOU when YOU needed it." I said "tomorrow." she said.then pointed at the sign and said "it will be a rushed order and it will cost you more than the engraving and It will not be ready until this afternoon" I told her that was fine. At 230 i sent my daughter in to see if it was ready.. (dropped it off at 1030) When my daughter asked her if it was ready she said "NO!! and on top of that!!!I told your MOTHER the EARLIEST it would be ready would be 3:00!" I will NEVER do business with them again.
