I currently have 3 auto loans. One with Wells Fargo, one with Mountain America and one with Trona Valley. I switched Insurance companies last year and sent my proof of insurance in to all 3 banks. Wells Fargo updated my information, Mountain America updated my information and Trona Valley can't seem to get things done right. I have taken my insurance information in 3 times now and they still won't remove the insurance they added to my loan causing my credit report to get hit with a late payment. Don't due loans through a little credit union that can't seem to get their act together.
