Had an emergency with my alarm going off, and they responded quickly to take care of the issue. Haven't had a problem since, and that was several months ago.

TriStar was brought in to assess a problem with a CCTV system in one of our SA District yards. Took months to book them, when they arrived the first time they didn't have the proper lift equipment. In the end we ended up repairing the problem ourselves. Will not be using them again.

Tri-Star Security installed a new keypad on an existing security system when I bought my house 5 years ago. They have monitored my system since then and done regular maintenance on it, including replacing the keypad and the power-source. I like working with a local company to who I am not "just an account number". I highly recommend them.

robert is a very friendly, knowledgeable technician. we've received great service over the last 7 years. just had an issue that they responded to and resolved quickly. very happy using a local service.
