  Friendly and professional Hired to install a second HWH, but also corrected a hot water recirc pump installation done by another plumber. Also gave good advice on other plumbing issues.

  I am a person who rarely writes a review for anything. But I must say how impressed I was with Jason. He was awesome to work with! I had my downstairs flooded and called Tri-City Plumbing. Jason picked up immediately and spent 20-30 minutes on the phone being calm and patient with me when most would be too busy. He tried to have me troubleshoot some ideas to fix my problem, just so I could save some money. He is down to earth, honest, and reliable. I HIGHLY recommend going through Tri-Plumbing and Mechanical for any of your plumbing needs.

  The guys did a great job. Installed two toilets for me, and they both look and work great. I'm going to recommend them to my daughter.
