  10/10 would recommend TriCity Orthopedic clinic and Rich Withers. Rich was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He had a plan of action ready to go and a timeline prepared so I start planning the next steps I need to take.
  
  The front desk employees were so nice!! Somehow I wrote the wrong time in my calendar and I got emotional about it ehen i arrived. They handled it with grace and made me feel better. I wish I got their names to give them a better shout-out.
  
  Also, the building is very clean, lots of seating and a large parking lot.

  Very proffessional and thorough review of my issue. Molly listen to my concerns and provided, what I thought to be, excellent feed back and options for me to make a well informed decision as to how to proceed with my issue. Her and her staff where prompt in getting the info needed ( x-rays, etc.) to provide a good diagnosis of the issue and what my options where.
  I would not hesitate in recommending her to anyone who had issues that fell into her area of expertise.

  A very positive experience! Rich Withers PA-C was thorough, explaining my injury, and possible course of action. He answered all my questions and set my mind at ease regarding the potential procedure. He is calm, friendly, and professional. In fact everyone that I had contact with was very welcoming and friendly. Overall my visit was a positive one.

  I was apprehensive about going in for this appointment. I had a feeling I knew what the doc would tell me, and I was correct in my assumption. Unlike other specialist I had seen previously for my knee pain though, PA Webb talked with me about other treatment options. He didn’t hesitate to tell me what was and was not covered by insurance which was a huge help. I was emotional during the appointment because I was so done with having no options to help the pain. Thankfully, although I was not expecting a shot, PA Webb was understanding and reassured me that my emotions were normal and he was very straightforward about the process and what I may feel while I got the injections. I’m already feeling relief the day after and I’m thrilled! So glad I decided to go to Tri-Cities Orthopedic!

  Dr. Vadala and her staff have taken excellent care of me. I had surgery on my left hand and recently on my right hand. They explain to me what was going on what they were going to do and more. They were very caring and I appreciate their service to me. If you need a hand surgeon and therapy these people are There for you.
