The company I work for bought a sweet dump trailer here about a year ago. We had an issue with the jack stand. I tried to get a replacement for a bit. fast forward 3 months. There's a nice young woman who was able to take care of it and get us a free replacement under warranty in a timely fashion. SHE gets five stars and stands out as a wonderful employee!! Oh and should mention we love our trailer! Iron Bull rocks

About a month ago we tried to buy a 16ft cargo trailer with cash in hand, they told us it was back logged by 3 months and we could put a 200.00 dollar deposit on it so we did.
We went in to check on the status of our trailer and found that they had raised the price by 1000.00 dollars!
    This is not right!
By the way, they could not print us out a receipt that day because their printer was broken.
They wrote down on the back of a card that we have them 200.00!

While trailer depot did everything they could to help Ironbull warranty department fell completely short. My 7x14 ironbull dump trailer had an issue with the gate falling off of the trailer. The upper holder simply split and fell off. Causing damage to the gate the doors the entire end of the trailer. 12 weeks of empty promises later I was pushed off again and told it could take another 12 weeks. As I use this trailer for work I am effectively unemployed until there warranty department can procure the necessary parts for the repairs that I have to have someone else complete. Iron clad warranty my behind. Bull is appropriate however

I typically don’t right reviews but in this case I think I should let people know my experience.

I purchased an iron-bull 5x10 dump trailer. Purchased it on a Friday put it in the garage woke up Saturday morning to use it and there was a puddle of hydraulic fluid underneath it Coming From the hydraulic cylinder I did a quick inspection of it and found one of the welds on the cylinder was cracked. This crack made the trailer completely useless knowing if that crack would blow out it could seriously hurt somebody or kill them.

I called woodland trailers that morning left a message with Jim for Jeff to give me a Call and explain to Jim what was going on no one returned my calls same day I called them that evening before they closed Jeff was still busy they said he would return my call and never did.
This has gone on now for seven weeks talk to Jeff a few times all he is his promises and nothing more than that.
he says he’s the general manager you think he would take care of a customer to make them a return customer all they want to do is take your money.

So What I finally had to do knowing I wasn’t going to get anywhere with depot trailers in Woodland Washington I called iron-bull directly telling her my situation they took care of me immediately the customer service was fantastic they had Eagle hydraulics send out a new cylinder apologizing for the situation.

Going through this it finally Dawned on me that depot trailers is not set up for warranty work They simply want to sell trailers. I think they have three salesman including Jeff and one lot boy I certainly would not want them to install a hydraulic cylinder for me I did it myself.

Client who I purchased the trailer through kept telling me how they’re going to expand into other areas that’s great but I think they need to take care of their existing customers or they won’t have customers to take care of.

All I wanted to do is to purchase a good trailer and have no hassles with it I spent $5000 on that trailer Hope this helps somebody for making a decision they will sell you a trailer but that’s it .
