Traditional Neighborhood Development (TND) Partners is a New Urbanist real estate development firm based in Durham, North Carolina. The company was founded in 1999, and has since been involved in numerous dynamic projects nationwide. TND's work centers on residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments, and strives to incorporate the New Urbanist principles of compacy walkabilty and smart transportation, quality architecture, and sustainability. Our notable developments include The Village at Hendrix College, Trinity Heights at Duke University, the Winmore Mixed-Use Community, and Legacy Park at Harding University.
