  Toyota of North Charlotte was a great experience for me. I just purchased my first car and I must say that the customer service was beyond excellent! From the moment I walked on the premises until I rolled off the lot in my new vehicle I was met with nothing but pleasantries. The support staff is well educated and the sales staff is simply amazing. I left leaving completely satisfied with my purchase.

  Our experience started with a return phone call from Nate and then we met with Angelica who should us the vehicles and explained the features to us. She did such a wonderful job we ended up buying an upgraded model. We then met with Carlos and he worked hard for us to make the deal we wanted. Nate, definitely sharpened his pencil to get us every penny he could to make the deal in our favor. Finally David had all the paperwork ready to go and explained all of it prior to us signing it..
  This was a most enjoyable experience and every hurdle I gave them to make the deal they over came it. Great place to purchase your next vehicle

  This dealership is exceptional. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and caring. And this applies not only to top management , but also the person who greets you outside. Also, this dealership strives to work with the customer to provide the best deal possible. It has been a pleasure to buy more than one vehicles from Toyota of North Charlotte. Furthermore the service department is outstanding with a helpful staff and well-trained technicians.

  Great service experience overall! Paul Carter and team were very professional and super knowledgeable in answering all my service questions. I was very impressed with the operation of the entire dealership, from sales to service. The teams here are very helpful & very friendly. My wife and I own 3 Toyota's and have them all serviced at Toyota of North Charlotte! I am looking forward to future with this team of great individuals. Toyota & Lexus in my opinion are the greatest and most reliable vehicles on the road, today!

  Nicolette and Kevin were very friendly and patient...not pushy, which was greatly appreciated. We worked the numbers and came out with a satisfactory negotiation for both parties. We had a pleasant experience with Toyota of North Charlotte purchasing a new vehicle and will be back again when ready for our next.

  Everyone was so helpful. Gerry Blevins showed me the car and told me all about the new features. T.j worked hard to get my payment where I needed to be. His manager I believe his name was Chris came over informed me of the options I had so that I could make an informed decision. Jasmine was ready and waiting when I showed up the next day. She told me what I needed to know about my loan and other stuff. She also went outside and showed me how to set up my radio and all my apps. She and everyone involved were awesome. This was my second purchase from there and I will not buy from any other dealership in the future. Great people Great dealership.

  Every time I work with the service department at Toyota of North Charlotte I’m always pleased. Eric Olsen, is by far the most competent and professional vehicle Service Mgr.   Great dealership all around! Everyone is so friendly and made the car buying experience so fun! TJ was great and made it easy to come to a deal. David in finance was also great and made all the paperwork quick and easy and explained it all so well I felt very confident I knew what I was signing!   Toyota of North Charlotte is the best. I have been their customer for over 6 years. I have referred my parents, my sister-in-law and some of my friends to them and we have all been more than pleased with their service, quality of work and efficiency. Their prices are super competitive and is so convenient that I would not change it. Edwin Montalvo is our service rep, and he is awesome, always upfront, available, and looking for ways to make things work out for his customers.

  David Watts in financing is a sincere, professional, and honest, human being. Mr. Watts is a man of high moral fiber and it definitely translates into his work ethics. If you want to be treated with respect from a professional who knows his job and will work for you to have the best car buying experience ask for Mr. David Watts. If you are skeptical and concerned about being deceived by a car dealership like many of us are please go see David. HE WILL TREAT YOU WITH THE RESPECT THAT YOU DESERVE.   I arrived a bit early but Lou Simmet took on our needs anyway in an outstanding manner. He is my best person to deal with there, knowledgeable, quickly understands your problems and sets about satisfying those needs in an efficient and timely way. I was surprised that your new tire prices are very competitive, and because of that I also installed a new set on this visit. I will continue to come back as my requirements dictate.   My sales purchase experience of my 2017 Tundra 1794 edition could not have gone better. Nate the General Sales Manager took ownership of my experience as I can be a challenging customer and was able to quickly get us to a successful transaction. Cristian Suarez did an excellent job in the sales and paperwork part of the transaction. Again, thanks for a great transaction and I will definitely be back on my next Toyota need.
