Last Weekend we went to Toyota dealership in Hollywood to look at new Camry and met Mr. Oz, he is a great salesman and he showed us around all the inventory, we selected a nice one and then we went inside to talk numbers, basically everyone was pretty easy going. The manager gave us a good price on the car and finance people were nice too. Overall a really good experience. If looking for a car, make sure to go here and ask for Oz.

This dealership was top notch! Carlos Miranda went above and beyond to make sure I purchased a vehicle that met all my needs and I felt comfortable with. He gave me suggestions and his advice, but was in no way pushy what-so-ever. After I decided which car I wanted the process was absolutely painless, quick and professional. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking to purchased a new vehicle.

Had a great experience at Toyota of Hollywood. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We were given a quote from Daniel Rodriguez and when we got to the dealership they honored it without any catches or strings attached. His partner on our purchase, Bruno Ruiz was also very patient showing us a couple cars and taking us for a test drive. The finance representative, Henry was efficient and helpful. Prince Chen was also a great salesperson. He is bilingual and made my dad feel at ease with our purchase. We also had another salesperson who was just passing by, help us with the setup for the liftgate on our new purchase. I would highly recommend going here for a straightforward and professional car purchase.

I'm had bought lots of car fir my children, my husband and myself. That was the best experience I had. It was a stress free deal Sandra Molina and her team are great. They know how to make a deal with honesty and at the same time be sweet with the customers. I'm very happy in by from them and also very happy with my 2018 Camry XLE. It was the first of many times I will continuing buy cars from them at Toyota of Hollywood! 👏🙌👍

I had the best experience here at Toyota of Hollywood. The customer service was superb and more than excellent. All thanks to Carlos Miranda the best sales consultant I have ever encountered. He was able to work with me, he heard all my needs and catered to them. The General Manager was awesome and very attentive as well as the finance specialist! I felt VIP! Super Happy! Thank you Toyota of Hollywood for the experience and for my new car!!!!

I purchased a 2015 Tacoma from Toyota of Hollywood in December and have had no complaints. My shopping experience was excellent--my salesman and the general manager were each professional and informative. They helped me claim as many student discounts and what-have-you as I qualified for, and got my payments to a very reasonable level for a new car. Every employee I encountered was truly friendly and helpful.
Members of my family have had similarly excellent experiences here. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Toyota of Hollywood.
UPDATE- renewed my lease there and the experience was still great. Thank you to Danny Rodriguez for the help. Great atmosphere and attitudes from the whole team.response / report this review -

Prince Chen (Dike) is the absolute best! He gave us the best deal and went far and beyond any car salesperson we have ever dealt with, including Toyota dealers elsewhere and other brands. Most of all, he spent hours with us making sure the deal went smooth. Finally, he is a stand-up guy with a clear vision of life and so I admire that. Hard to find that in any other dealership, let alone sales person. If you're ever in the market for a Toyota, go to him.

5 stars is not even enough to rate them. They deserve 10 stars. It was my first time buying a car and I was nervous and did not know what to do but Abe Omar took care of me. He made my first time buying a car a great experience. Coming here was the best decision ever. Will definitely be coming back in the future to purchase another car. Even my mom will be purchasing a car here. Thank you Abe Omar for making this experience a good one.

My father and I came to Toyota of Hollywood after shopping around and when we asked for a price lower than they were offering and when the salesman Moe agreed to the price that we asked for he kept his word. He never tried to debate or go back and forth after that , which in the car sales industry is unheard of. I would highly recommend not only this dealership but more importantly this salesman. He is one of a kind and truly makes purchasing a car a pleasurable experience.

My experience was Awesome. Robert Perez Was excellent from start to finish.
I told Robert what i was looking for and he showed what was to my liking's. Explained all the different features and details for the vehicles that grabbed my attention. We shared laughs and even snacked on the food they were offering that day. i made a new friend and walked away with a beautiful Toyota Corolla that i'm in love with. I came here to get my first car and received phenomenal customer service! Abe Omar was the representative that helped me and I don't think that I would have gotten the deal that I got without him. Being a student, I needed all the help that I could to get good advice and help on my first car, especially since I was putting it under my name. My mom and I are are grateful for the help we received and this place is definitely the place to come for over-the-top service and great deals. They take care of you and set the standards really high, you can't go wrong coming here.

I want to say a special thank you to Moe! My last 3 cars were from this dealership, and I have not always had a good experience. Moe showed genuine concern for me as a customer not just trying to make a sale. He was very thorough in his explanation of everything. I left feeling satisfied, with dignity as well as peace of mind.
