  Nice hotel for an extended stay. Light years ahead of the Marriott at south Dulles. Everyone was very pleasant and grounds were clean and taken care of. Free internet is about 5mb speeds. Best part a about TownPlace suites is that they will clean your room daily (unlike other extended stay hotels which only clean every 3-4 days).

  The room was great and the staff cordial. However had a few plumbing issues which even though it was handled professionally, they made our stay less than perfect. I will still recommend the hotel for it is cozy and the rooms are good.

  Clean rooms with everything you need. The employees are very friendly and helpful. One of the best extended stay hotels in the Dulles area.

  Decent place... It's low key so has what you need, especially if you need appliances for an extended stay. Don't expect anything 4 or 5 star quality because you are getting what you are paying for, but definitely reccomend .

  As usual, Marriott standards of cleanliness.. Nothing to complain. They also have long term parking options... For e.g. stay-n-fly let's you park for 7days for free if you stay one night. Also they have a free airport shuttle but need to request earlier.

  The location was expected for a TownePlace Marriott, but the service was exceptional. The pool is located down the street at the Hilton. Breakfast was good, fresh. The location is constantly being improved for comfort. Great place to stay, especially for any Dulles Airport travel.

  Short drive to the airport. My suite room was spacious and clean. The kitchenette had all the normal household appliances and even had utensils and dishes. Two full size desks and desk chairs would allow you do do office work. The complementary breakfast had many options and the coffee was good. Overall very nice.

  Fleas in room manager was not good at all.staff was dis respectful with customer.I am a valuable customer in elite platinum status.I end up in emergency due to bugs in room.

  It's pretty old, but very accommodating. I think it could be improved with more entree type food options in the pantry given that food within walking distance is limited. Very friendly staff.

  Clean rooms, decent staff. The shuttle was late a couple of times, but they paid for a taxi if the shuttle wasn't available.

  There is no cut off time for the use of the patio. The patio was right in front of my window and people were outside until 1-2 in the morning. I could hear the people above me walking around. I mentioned both to management buy they could not move me right away, in the end I ended up staying in the room but I asked that they monitor the times people are out there and they failed to do so.
  
  Other than that staff was nice, breakfast was ok, it didn't change at all in the week I was there. The layout of the room as nice, it had a full kitchen even a stove! They provided plates and silverware; even some dish soap. The free wifi was a great speed no need to purchase the faster connect. Would recommend and would stay again. So long as I am on the third floor away from the patio. lol

  Nice place but do not check in at night there is an old lady who told me personally that she loves telling people no! Had my issues with her before at this place, she even said I would be kicked out for asking for blankets when she said they had none yet there was a room full of spare blankets that I saw, but not the point. I was just out side the hotel and they are open she told this family, that needs a room but does not speak perfect English, that she had no rooms when I know perfectly well that two people on my floor checked out. Nice place but not at night she just "tried to catch them" but saw she had to walk 20 steps then went back in and locked the doors. Just sad to see her think she can tell anyone anything she wants. Everyone else is awesome!
