I can't say enough about my experience the Saturday before Easter. I work at a senior living facility and a resident's flowers were not received. In order to make the situation right - I contacted Town & Country. The customer service went above and beyond. She made up a special bouquet and delivered it herself so my resident received an absolutely beautiful display, but my heart was warmed by your staff going above and beyond to help me make this happen. I will always recommend your florist. Thank you so very much!!

Disappointed in my order that was over 100$ for my moms birthday. I told them I really liked the pink and yellow look and what I got was just yellow and white flowers. It was a beautiful arrangement but wasn’t exactly what I was expecting for the amount of money that we paid. I talked to the manager Christine and she was understanding about my frustrations, but unfortunately was not what I was expecting.

UPDATED: To my surprise they came later in the evening with pink flowers and let me tell you, they look BEAUTIFUL with the pink! Thank you so much! They really went above and beyond

I received a bouquet of flowers from my daughter at work for my birthday and they are beautiful. So many people stopped to look and said how pretty they are.
