Good local game store with knowledgeable staff. They also have a good area to play.

Awesome selection if you're into board games or card games or tabletop, and it's always fun to go play.

People there are always happy to help newbies to tabletop games. Recommended for first timers and veterans.

Edit: their social media team is awesome too. I bombard them with questions and they answer them clearly and in a timely matter. I rounded up to 5 stars based off that.

Great place to get Magic the Gathering cards and play with friends. They have a room you can use to play games, and you can play any games. A group of friends and I bought Cards Against Humanity and played there. The atmosphere is nice and relaxed and a great place to hang out with friends. The verity of items they have is great, you can really find anything there.

For more casual players, it's a fine place to buy TCG and Board Game products, and a friendly enough staff. However, coming from a card shop in Chalotte, it's frustrating having to scour the store website for cards that aren't listed, being directed to an eBay-hosted store after finding out the in store site hasn't been updated in ~2 years, and the eBay site doesn't have almost any of the 37 cards I'm looking for anyway. Tower of Games never claimed to be a serious card shop, and I've enjoyed my time there, so It would be unfair to give it a poor rating. That said, I don't see myself going back.

Great place to buy and play games, holds board game nights 2 days a week. The staff is friendly, the building itself is nice. The location is tucked away but still easily accessible. That combined with the friendly atmosphere inside gives the place a cozy vibe.

Pretty much exactly what you want from a game/hobby shop. Room to play, ability to meet people, the store offers lots of events and tournaments.

I buy my board games here for the most part and plan on attending the boardgame and possibly the D&D nights there.

Decent selection of table top games, well organized MTG section. The staff can be a bit pretentious, and focuses their knowledge on TCGs. Don't look for much help when it comes to board games from them

A couple of months ago I visited the store looking to buy some Infinity minis, didn't find the specific item I was looking for but it was pretty new so understandable however I found a box I wanted so I went to pay for it. The guy at the counter rang it up and the total price was about $20 more than the price tag on the box? I asked why the price hike and the explanation was that the item had been priced when the euro was at a different exchange rate and he had to adjust the price to the conversion rate. The whole thing didn't make sense so I passed on buying, the price change was a third of the price marked, how does that make any sense? Great selection and seem to really support the community which is great but I was totally put off by the feeling I was being overcharged. Hopefully my experience was an anomaly as the hobby needs supportive storefronts to promote it.
