Walked in after my vehicle stalled out and the gentleman at the service counter desk, for the life of men I cannot remember his name, was incredibly friendly and helpful. He was able to squeeze us in right then and there. The part was in stock and they had my vehicle repaired within the hour. It was very lucky it happened that way, and I appreciate everything they did to get us in and out with ease.

Our car was backed into and we were really nervous about who to take it to. We drove in and Spoke with Greg, the manager, and couldn't be happier. We didn't have all the paperwork needed from the insurance company and he took the initiative to call for us even though he was slammed with work. They were able to get us in fast and kept us up to date the whole time. Needless to say, we were shocked they worked on our TOYOTA!!! BEST service EVER and will definitely shout from the roof top on how good this company is.

They were efficient and thorough. Everything was completed in a timely manner and the staff was very friendly and helpful. A fine experience.

Sold my 2019 F150 back to this Ford dealer after a job loss from COVID. Quick. Easy. Fair! Felt confident going in as a single 28 year old woman and being treated right. This doesn’t happen often. THANKS JIMMY AND TEAM!

I drove to Oregon from Minnesota and as I entered Oregon my truck started acting up. The ford dealership in Portland told me if I dropped it off, they might be able to look at it within three days. The Ford dealer in Eugene never even answered the phone. These guys said they were booked through the following week but if I was able to get it there, they would squeeze it in. They set me up with a loaner and called not even two hours later and had the truck fixed. Best part, only $220! I got lucky but the service was awesome.
