  Here we were on Staten Island @ midnight on a Saturday in the rain no less, needing to be towed. No triple A or road side coverage. You get the picture we are screwed. A quick google for tow trucks near me. The first on the list we ring no answer, second on the list a recorded message answered stating we are recording you transfers the call which rang and rang with no answer.
  Finally 3rd on the list by this time hoping somebody answers, was this company to the rescue.
  All said and done we are home sweet home safe and sound and we couldnt be happier with the service. This company should be first on google's list.
  We were looked after as if we were family.
  I cant say enough good things about the service we recieved. I highly recommend this company. We have saved the number to the phone if ever we need a tow and will recommend them to everyone.
  Thank you for your prompt response and reasonable pricing. Anyone searching for a honest company look no further and dont hesitate to call them.
  Wishing this family run company all the best in business now and in the future.

  I can’t say enough about how I’m amazing Joe was. My car completely shut off coming home from food shopping at 11 o’clock at night and I found myself a female stranded late night on a cold evening .
  I called AAA where in the tow truck driver ask me if I could sign a waiver taking total responsibility for the tow and any subsequent damage that may happen. He stated that because my car wouldn’t go into neutral there was no way to tow it without either a tow key or a dolly which he didn’t have .Now it’s midnight and I’m stuck in the cold. I then googled tow truck companies.
  
  On a whim I started calling. Joe answered the phone immediately and although he sounded tired and done for the day he told me to hang tight but he was on his way and that he could told me without damaging my car. Within a half hour he arrived in a clean truck I felt safe as he was personable and kind. Appox. two minutes later we were off to mechanic shop with my car attached to his tow truck and wheels moving , he caused no damage to my car and even gave me a ride home because it was so late, cold and he felt it was the right thing to do. A lifesaver. If I ever need a towel or have to suggest one. 100% I will call this company! He totally did the right thing when it came to the financials, timing, and not damaging my car in anyway I couldn’t say enough of how grateful I am. Thank you Joe you made my life just a little bit easier that day…..

  Couldn’t be happier with the service. Gave me a great price at a time where I was stranded and needed a tow. Very nice people and if you are in Staten Island and need roadside assistance, give them a call

  Stranded on Staten Island at midnight was definitely not good for me and my family. After trying to reach tow truck companies for over an hour, I got in contact with them and a driver came over in 20 mins. Very pleased with the professionalism and price.

  They arrived much faster than I had expected. My car wasn’t turning on at 1AM and I was stranded. The driver was really nice and I would highly recommend to anyone in need of a Staten Island towing company.
