I first went to Dr Pilest probably 30 years ago when he was in fountain Valley. I have had numerous laser procedures done with him. Then I moved far away and was too hard to get to him with kids and life. So went to many other places but now I’m finally happy to be back to Dr Pilest. He is simply the best. He is an excellent at diagnosing and treating any problem you might have from excema, rosacea, acne for my teenagers, and age spots and wrinkles and always recommmends best lasers and products. The office is very nice. Sandy is very knowledgeably and explains things well. I am always taken back right away and on time. I’m always very happy with results.

I have been going to Dr. Pilest’s office for over 20 years. He is highly skilled and always up to date on the latest dermatology treatments. His staff is phenomenal as well. Everyone is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

I have been going to Dr. Pilest for over 13 years. He is an absolute gem and is brilliant at what he does. Over the years I have tried other places and doctors and he is by far the best. He is very skilled when it comes to the facial anatomy and is always update with new products and techniques. I highly recommend him and won’t go to anyone else!

Dr. Pilest is the greatest! He truly cares about you and your skin! He's the only doctor I would trust to perform any work on my skin issues! The office staff are also great and wonderful! Thank you soooo much Dr. Pilest for helping with my skin issues and my self esteem! You truly are a remarkable doctor!!
