First trip was good, second trip they wanted to charge me for the same things I had paid for less than 30 days prior. I am not sure if the management changed. The guys in the shop remembered me and came to talk to me about the issues. They are nicer than the manager.

My 1999 Toyota Camry was shutting off on me during random drives, I took it to Total Car Care Center because it was the closest to my house and I was charged a $85.00 fee for a diagnostic then told I needed a new throttle along with some other parts. The mechanic estimated $70 an hour for a throttle body change and he told us it was take 10 hours to do so. My light bulb rung and realized something was not right. I took the car another mechanic and he charged me $25, the car had a loose sensor and it's running perfect!!!

I got my tire patched at the 196 office for very cheap. In an out in less than 15 minutes. We worked with Matt, he was very kind and the shop provided great service!

Horrible experience they said they fixed the problem but when I went to pick up my car it was in worse condition than before. And on top of all of that they try and charge you an arm and a leg.

I had my oil changed here about 2 weeks ago. Yesterday my wife drove my car and it started shaking, the check engine light came on, and it had little power. So today as I got the chance to inspect, I drove it and it did the same thing and I could smell burning oil through the vents. I got backed and popped the hood to find the oil cap sitting right next to where it was suppose to be screwed in. No one has touched my car besides me since I got the oil changed, which leads me to the only conclusion possible. The technician didn't put the oil cap back on. Great job I'd say. Nothing like paying $60 for an oil change for something so basic as putting the cap back on didn't happen. Luckily it seems like no damage occurred but no biggie considering I have driven at least 700miles without the oil cap on. Pure incompetence and a lack of attention to detail is what this is. I will never go to this place again.
