The staff was understanding of my problem and was able to resolve my issue. I recommend anyone that tries the combine to take careful concertation for their rules. They place rules so traders can become more disciplined and become better overall. The times rule however is something that you should watch out for. I was able to place a trade 6 seconds before market closed and blew my account. I would recommend anyone that they should just not try to even place a order past 3 pm as to not trigger the rule. The staff helped me out by giving me a reset as the order was filled 6 seconds before market closed. This however should not be a reason and something that people should look to do. The headache and problems it has caused me was not worth the trouble.

RUN!!!

I almost got started with these guys and then did a lot of research on thier program and other user experience.

This is nothing less than a ponzi scheme.

The 5 star reviews are shills with only 1-2 review history.

The 1 star reviews show just how bad these guys are willing to go to take your money and change the rules in order to lock you out.

Wouldnt even give them 1 star. Pay attention to the 1 star reviews. They all have similar points. This company is a scam. They create new rules for trading styles they dont like (sometimes last minute) and take a disproportionate ratio of commission once "funded". You would be better off to save your money and open a personal account. The platform has glitched multiple times and the whole program is a sham. Subscribe at your own risk.

good to learn, but my dashboard has glitched out on me twice now costing me 150 dollars, it says I made a trade after hours, but 100% remember closing out my trades way before market close. All I get in return is to reset my account just for the same thing to happen again. not at all pleased and will be closing out this account very shortly. I thought this was a great company, but these errors make for a poor experience and a loss of money on an investment. Just pick up a book and learn on a simulated account before opening up a personal. This seems to not be the right way. I've lost more money in this simulation that I could've put towards a personal account.

I have been a funded trader for a few years now with a few different firms and Topstep is definitely the best one of the group. I feel their funded trader program offers one of the fastest routes to funding while having quick and easy payouts. Funding goals are simply and achievable if you stick to your trading plan.

Their customer service team is top tier as well, I have literally felt with other service at times I'm talking to bots, but not here! Nick in their support team offered outstanding assistance and went above and beyond while resolving the issues I had.
