This is my first time writing a review ever in my life.
The cashier working on Tuesday night with long wavy black hair is very racist. I don’t think this kind of staff is what you guys should have. It’s very obvious to see that she always talk nicely and politely to the customers in other race, but she’s always so mean to the Eastern Asians. It’s VERY disappointing and disrespectful. Unluckily me and my friends got her so many times. We used to shop here very often but this staff being racist is really ruining the experience of shopping here. Sometimes it’s not about how pretty the clothing you guys have, you guys should watch out when hiring because being racist to customers is definitely not okay. It hurts ppl’s feeling.report this review -

Decently priced clothing with a young hip vipe. You don't come here for business attire. Most of the clothes are seemingly made for skinny young people.

I truly loving shopping here - always a part of my monthly shopping rounds. Inventory is fresh with the latest styles and trends, and even though my size is common, they still have plenty of great things to shop when you're late in the season. Clean, great music and a must-shop.

Lots of great items here. Plenty of floors to explore, and good music taste to jam at to boot. It's usually pretty crowded (it is in Soho) so be prepared to push by people to get at a nice item. Prices are high but designs and quality match the price tag. Sales are pretty solid too-be prepared to do some digging to get a great find.

Positively loved Top Shop. They have a petite section that caters to shorter ppl and their pants are on point, as are their shoes. I visited the New York location and did not feel like they were overpriced.

Top Shop for men is a great store for high fashion options, as well a some modest options as well. If you are normally wearing size medium or smaller, you will find a lot of shirts that fit well. For pants, the fashion is trending tighter and tighter, which can be a unflattering at times, at least for guys like me with real legs. I rated it 4 stars for the price. For what you are getting, it is another classic example of paying only for a brand name. I don't think simple white button down shirts should be $80. Although they do offer cheaper options online, they are never available in the store.

Love the brand, and this 3-floor store has a great selection. Friendly, helpful staff, even when it's busy. I recently went on a Saturday night and they had a live DJ. Only downside is for a "fast fashion" brand, some of their items are on the pricy side. However, there are some great deals you can find as well

Very bad service and rude and uneducated costumer service giving attitude to anybody regardless color, race or decency.
I had the worst experience returning thing purchased online and paid by PayPal, they don't know anything.

The store is always on the trend and full of great fashion finds, even in the sales section. The men's store is full of expertly tailored suits, outerwear and streetwear. I love the art and mannequin decoration as well. The top floor is where the women's shoes and items, along with the main floor and the 2nd floor, because you know women always have like 10 floors for clothes.

Make sure whatever you buy you like because the management will find any little reason to deny a refund. Especially if you're of color. I saw a Caucasian couple in front of me return clothes without any problems as soon as I approach the register and try to do a return because of fit all hell broke loose, The manager was finding crazy reasons like the sleeve look stretched 🤔. Please I am warning you make sure what you buy is what you want because the return policy on the receipt only applies to white people.

Lovely multi level store. Pricing consistent with the area. Could improve by offering accurate show sizes. They only carry half sizes. Also, I am a 6.5 US and walked out with shoes labeled 5.5 US
