TOH is at the top of the hill at Franklin and Columbia Streets. It's location on the third floor and outside deck area provide some great views and photo opportunities. But for our visit on 28 Oct that's where the "top" stops. Overall the food was just average as well as the microbrews. We had the Lizard Chips, Goat Cheese Salad, and the Jambalaya...all leaving us with a full but less than satisfying feeling. Service was just ok largely due to appetizers and the main courses arriving at the same time with the occasional flyby. So if you're looking for a place post game to have an average beer with a view, this is it.

Front of house was unclear which seating was reserved and which was open. Wait staff were inattentive: we had to ask order, ask for drinks, and ask for napkins. Beer was watery with a weak head. Burger was extremely fatty poor quality beef. Underwhelming.

Little tough to figure out how to get up here, but it is so worth it. The braised beef was incredible, and the southern saison is honestly one of the best beers I've ever had. Atmosphere is great, bartenders and staff are super friendly. If this is what the rest of chapel Hill is like, I'll certainly be back!

The food was good but our waitress never came back to see if we needed more drinks after the first round until we were done eating. I'm normally a 20-30% tipper but last night I didn't leave anything. She went to other tables around us multiple times but completely overlooked us.

Incredible restaurant, brewery, and distillery! Satisfied with the food, impressed the beer, and blown away with the house-distilled whiskey. The service was courteous and willing to change orders for your preference.

Fun bar with good dancing music and an awesome balcony. Great beer selections too.

Morgan the barkeep is the absolute best! Even at 2am.

Service was excellent. I had the grit cakes with mushrooms and they were unbelievable. The blueberry wheat beer was also great. I'll definitely be returning and highly recommend the restaurant.

Solid food, but 2 out of the 3 times i've visited the food i was served didn't match the food described on the menu. Tonight i ordered a chicken parm flatbread and was served a pizza.

The best part of our experience was our server, Annie. She was very attentive. I never had to ask for anything like bread, refills, etc. I wasn't impressed with the menu. The names for the dishes didn't match the description. The prices were higher than I thought should be for casual dining. I was satisfied with my food but my wife had to eat something when we got home. That is never a good thing.

Love the views here, outside seating gives you a great Birdseye view of Franklin street. Good beer, brewed here. Staff were pleasant and food was good.

Tried this restaurant out a few times and enjoyed it for the most part. They have a nice distillery and beer selection. I ordered the beef brisket (Really good) however they could improve upon a couple of things. Firstly, turn the AC down! It was unusually hot both times I visited this restaurant and I am in no way a fat person; second the tiles on the balcony could use some reinforcement as they appear to be coming loose.
