  James was amazing! We needed a large spot cleaned immediately. It was a tough stain and he was able to work a lot of magic. He also made time to complete the rest of the house. He was so polite and helpful in every step of the way. We also were having a locksmith come change the door locks, James noticed he put it on backwards and even took a few minutes to fix that for us. He definitely went above and beyond - we were in a tough place and he made it so much easier! Thanks again.

  First time client review here and I could not be happier with the experience. I have a brand new carpet and was looking to do an annual cleaning to maintain my warranty when I found Top Notch Carpet cleaning through a Google search. I called and spoke to someone right away, got a quote over the phone, called back a few days later (after getting several other quotes) and was able to book my appointment for the next week. The technician, Nick, who did the cleaning was on time, professional, friendly, quick, and thorough. I will definitely be using them year after year!

  James came and cleaned three of our bedrooms this morning. He was on time and very professional. He did an excellent job and got the stains up as well. Our house smells fresh and the carpets look great! I appreciate his attention to detail and how careful he was to not scuff the baseboards. We will definitely use Top Notch again and again.

  I found Justin to be honest and thorough. He explained which service we needed and saved us money. I was impressed with the time he took to do a fantastic job. Stains that I feared were permanent are gone and the carpet looks lovely! I would recommend Top Notch and will certainly use them again.
