    DO NOT go to this place. I went to get a water pump replaced, i told them the engine had a leak, and they said, for $180 we can diagnose it to make sure its pump. I agread, they came back and said NO leak and dont need to replace pump. I drove care home and it was still leaking! I paid $180 for what! Rip off!

    We went to Tony Honda to look at the Fit. They ran out of the 2017 model in the color we wanted so the salesman convinced us to look at the HRV. We were surprised that the pricing was very similar to the Fit and it was closer to an SUV style. The back seats could fold up just as the FIT so there is so much room in the back for hauling things like a bigger Christmas tree. Unfortunately though, same problem, wrong color. They were competitively priced and we definitely would have bought from them. The salesman was very professional and helpful I would very much have liked to buy from him.

    Horrible service was there at 0700 didn’t leave till 1100 just for an oil change! Kept trying to add stuff to work on smh it was my second time here try to give them a second chance but I guess I won’t be coming here again...(zero stars) all these five stars are FAKEEEEE!!!

    Please no more UPSELLING...NO MORE UPSELLING SERVICES OR EXTRA STUFF....NO MORE UPSELLING.....I went today for re-inspection of the MPG and Fuel injection treatment, they fixed, but I left the place without AC...Now AC blows hot and warm...But...Ok easy fix was the compressor switch...

    This place was great! We also have a BMW and the service at the local BMW dealership is terrible. I'm very pleased with the service I received and the follow-up emails and texts to make sure I was happy

    Serving the car this morning. Great timing and expect to be finish in about 1 hour
    Still need to do a 3rd followup, concerning RUST SPOTS identified on the roof of my New 2017 Nissan Rogue. Current millage is a little over 10,000, and my second service. I first identified and notified Tony Nissan Service Department when I had about 7,000 miles.

    sent a 2006 Nissan Pathfinder there for recall repairs. Drove the car there and then it was towed home!? Told us it was the fuel pump. I should've just drove there and slapped the stupid out of them myself. Looking into filing small claims.

    1. For breaking about 6 relays
    2. For having this car towed home
    3. Paying psychiatrist to control my ptsd from shooting them for lying and trying to steal from me.
    4. For missing work caused by their run around
    5. This place is just retarded
    6. They don't know what they're talking about
    7. They think they can lie to me
    8. I can fix the problem myself, but if there was a recall they should've honored it these dumb jerks!
    9. No need to call and apologize, say it to my face when I show up with a lawyer
    10. Lose money these clowns!!!

    Good selection of new and used, ended up buying late-model used. Felt like I got a very fair deal, and the haggling process actually wasn't unpleasant. I find this to be rare here in Hawaii. And as much as I hate car shopping this is pretty high praise.

    You won't have to experience three levels of management trying to block your exit (like at the dealer that starts with 'c' and ends with 'utter') or salesmen that ooze desperation for their quota. No amateurish 'how much are you looking to spend?' either.

    I went to look at a specific model, found what I wanted, and arrived at a number in about 30 minutes. My total time in the building was less than 90 minutes, including pickup.

    If you do your homework, arrive prepared, and bargain professionally, they do the same.

    We had an awesome time picking out our new suv! Tommy especially went above and beyond to take care of us. Ask for Tommy when you are looking for a new car. This is by far the friendliest, best quality dealership we have ever been to.
