I was very please with the honest no deceptive pricing, the transaction was easy. I would hope they would not develop pricing with incentives that are not real or just bait to confuse what the real price is.

I was really please with the excellent service that Nick Ori at Tony Basso GM in Price provided me when I came into purchase a car. The first one I looked of course I feel in love with, but unfortunately it was out of my price range. So I left empty handed, thinking that was it that I would end up going somewhere else to get a car, but a couple days later Nick actually called me to ask me if I was still looking for a car I said yes and he said that he had a car come in that he thought would work out for my budget better. So long story short I'm now a proud owner of a new car thanks to Nick Ori. He made me feel important that even after I left that I was just another person out the door he continued trying to help me get into a new car. Thanks Nick your awesome!!!!

The staff are so welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend checking out the great variety. Mark my salesman was efficient, friendly and dedicated to making sure I had a perfect expierence. I can tell by the energy that the people there truly love helping people. I will be a returning customer and hope you will too. Five star customer service, I loved that they offered me comfortable waiting with refreshments and easy conversation. Their genuine passion for pleasing people is bar none!!

Just traded my old car in for a newer used vehicle. Mike worked extremely well with us, let us test drive many different vehicles and stayed late to make sure the vehicle was completely done and ready for us. Everyone is very professional, and answer and explain questions very thoroughly so you know exactly what you’re paying for. Amazing service!

Jeremy was fantastic.after test driving a few different vehicles, Jeremy helped me to weight the pros and cons of each. He was very down to earth and relatable. He was so kind and acted as if he had all the time in the world to help me. He is not the pushy typical "salesman" type, which was so refreshing. He helped me to get the payment I was hoping for. I would refer him to everyone interested in a vehicle purchase! Good job to whoever hired him. He is an asset! :)

This is an incredibly personal review- we are a military family in the middle of a move to our new duty station when our car broke down in Price. A local shop referred us to Mark at Tony Basso for assistance with a new vehicle. Mark was not only professional and friendly, he went above and beyond his job as a car salesman and genuinely took interest on our situation. When our financial situation did not meet the options presented to us, he continued to try to help us get to our final destination. The kindness, true honest KINDNESS Mark showed us really restored our faith in humanity. There are so many people quick to "thank" service members, yet few really take to heart and try to understand the rare situations we face. I really want to thank the city of Price for their hospitality, but Mark will forever have left a positive impression of the great people Basso has employed.

I purchased my car from Nick Ori of Tony Basso GM, and it was an absolutely GREAT EXPERIENCE! Nick is a very knowledgeable, and personable sales professional.

The process of buying was an absolute pleasure. After I chose the car I wanted, Nick sent me to dinner at The Main Street Grill while they put the deal together. When I came back, the car was ready and the finance process was quick, easy, and efficient. Nick and Casey Wilson really went the extra mile for me.

I was also able to refinance my mother's vehicle during the same visit. My mother is on a fixed income, but Nick and Casey worked a deal where they were able to refinance her car at a smaller payment. I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

The folks at Tony Basso GM provided such excellent customer service going out of their way to help my husband and myself when we traveling and our truck broke down. Though it was a holiday weekend and the service department was closed, they were able to find a technician who was willing to give of his own time to try and get us back on the road. The technician got us fixed up and refused to charge us anything!! The kindness that we received was completley above and beyond our expectations. They were honest, helpful, and kind. Thank you to the Tony Basso GM staff!!

Best car buying experience ever. I saw a sweet vehicle on their site and called in before they were about to close. Nick one the sales team was able to do a very thorough walk-around of the vehicle and disclosed all of the information I needed including pictures. He was not pushy about it at all. At first I felt that my trade in came in a little too low but Nick was very patient in letting me decide whether or not I should proceed. I ended up getting a good deal and they delivered my vehicle up to Salt Lake City with zero hassle. Great job!!
