  Vincent helped me negotiate through an employment dispute with a high profile, multi-billion dollar tech company's legal department, that was in turn represented by a Tier 1 national employment / litigation law firm located in SF.
  
  He was thorough and clear in listening and communicating, and flexible in his approach. He made sure to offer the most sound advice while at the same time recognizing that the course of resolution ultimately resided with me.
  
  I would not hesitate to retain Vincent if ever I have the need for litigation, pre-litigation negotiations or counseling in any his specialty areas, including employment law, business representation or anything else within his purview.   Vincent was extremely helpful at a very critical time, when we sought legal counsel during a complicated real estate transaction. We risked losing our earnest deposit and needed to urgently understand details of the purchase contract. Vincent made himself immediately available and we were able to quickly discuss the situation. He was empathetic and generous with time, quickly understood the scenario, and clearly explained to us key parts of the contract that we had misunderstood. This allowed us to correctly assess our risk and decide on a course of action (that ultimately succeeded). We are very grateful to Vincent for helping us at this difficult time.

  I found Vincent after a tons of research since this is my first time working with a lawyer, and I'm glad that I reached out to him to handle my case. He's super patient, knowledgeable and professional. He provided multiple options and helped me understand what is the best option among those.   He was very professional and explained me each step of the process. He helped to resolve my issue pretty quickly and while doing that he was extremely responsive to my emails.
