  Ordered food online for delivery from here (pasta and a sandwich), paid for delivery and tip.
  Mind you, I live 2.5 miles from the store.
  ONE HOUR later, I call to check where my food is. I gave him my address, and he says “LET ME CHECK.oh he already left, he should be there soon”. So I wait.and wait.30 minutes after, I get a call from the store saying “your food is ready for pickup”.
  HE TRIED TO ARGUE WITH ME THAT I ORDERED FOR PICKUP. He said “I don’t even have your address”, when earlier he had looked up my order by my address.
  There is no reason why food prep (again, pasta and sandwich) and delivery (2.5 miles) should take 2 hours.
  There is no reason why they should LIE to me twice (saying the food is on the way, and then saying i ordered pickup when I didn’t). They should have told me the first time I called that the food was not being delivered.
  I wish I could give them 0 stars because I never got to taste their food, and their customer service is terrible.

  Chicken parm was decenthuge portion big enough 4 2 Not exceptional, but did the job. Special cheesesteak WAS NOT so special..Delivery was more than an hour both times I ordered! Not likely to repeat!
