Tombstone Art Gallery a very good place to visit. Lots of art work and craft items for sale.
This review is for Tombstone in general, not the visitors centre. We visited Tombstone in June 2017, making a special detour off our route back to Las Vegas. I was very disappointed with what I found on the historic main street. There was very little atmosphere, and not much history on show. Apart from a few plaques giving brief historical descriptions, nearly everything else is given over to selling stuff to tourists. Basically I got the impression that rather than show me American history, I was being sold it. Not wishing to be entirely negative, there was free parking available, though if you have an RV, the lower parking area is quite a steep climb back up to street level. I was left with the feeling I really wished I hadn't bothered driving all that way.
Good place to stop and get your bearing in Tombstone. Friendly staff.
Your visit would not be complete without help and brochures from the visitor centre.
