    I had the privilege of working with Gregory Busche. He was extremely professional and very helpful in getting our car back on the road.     I have visited multiple dealerships and the Tom Wood Lexus was by far the best! First of all, everyone was extremely friendly and helpful, all my questions were asked immediately and with detail. Next, the pricing and negotiation process at Tom Wood Lexus significantly removes any delays and time wasting waiting, which I greatly appreciated. Moreover, for my trade-in the price was very openly communicated to me and "small-letters" info was explained to me as well.

    I worked with Alicia online who communicated with quick responds regarding my inquiry. When I arrived at Tom Wood Lexus she introduced me to Sean who was very professional, polite and knowledgeable regarding my vehicle. Sean demonstrated great patience and coached me through the entire process. We closed the deal. I am now a happy driver in a new vehicle.

    I continue to take my 2008 Lexus to Tom Wood for service due to consistent exceptional service provided by my service team Shanan, service consultant and Kyle, service manager. They keep me updated throughout service visit via all the new communication channels available. Their renovated building is very convenient for working remotely if necessary. My car team value me as a customer and eager to make sure things are done right. I appreciate all the service staff from the moment I roll into shop and roll out after pick up

    Always 5-star service! Travis is extremely attentive and has been the best communicator I've ever encountered at any auto dealership. I'm sure other Lexus employees are equally wonderful, but my experiences won't allow me to try anyone else. Additionally, a young man named Wisdom is possibly the most polite and helpful person at Lexus. This dealership is doing it right! Keep up the great work.

    I live in Chicago and was driving to Carmel Indiana when my car had a serious engine problem. I saw that I was close to Tom Wood Lexus and was able to drive the car there.
    There service is absolutely the best. They treated me like their best client. They gave me a beautiful new loaner and the repairs were done by the next morning. 5 stars

    I pulled into the dealership service department at Tom Wood Lexus and people were waiting for me with a clipboard and a loaner vehicle. It was super simple, easy and fast.
    I brought my 2005 Lexus RX 330 into Tom Wood Lexus to be serviced. I wasn't sure what the problem was, I just knew that it was making a loud noise. I also wanted the car checked from top to bottom as I needed to drive it from Indiana to Arizona.
    I know what you're thinking, but I trust this dealership to be honest with me as to what my 12 year old car really needs. The thing is, they give you a colored print out that shows what's good with your car (green)what things could need attention in the future (yellow) and things that need to be looked at immediately (red).
    I thought for sure I'd see some yellows and reds. It turns out there was only one thing that needed to be done and Alexis in the service department called me right away and said that they would need to order the parts and it would be about five hours of labor. I already had a loaner vehicle from the dealership so I was good there. I got to drive around a brand new and NX 350 for a couple of days , so that was fun. All in all it was a painless, pleasant experience for me, and now my car is ready for the trip out west! I will miss this dealership and Service department .

    The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We bought a used Honda and they never treated us any different than customers who buy a new Lexus. We appreciated their "no haggle" pricing model. The newly updated building is gorgeous and I can't wait to get my oil changed there!

    I only realized this morning that I showed up two days early for my booked appointment. The staff at Tom Wood took me in warmly, loaned me a car, and had the car done in the afternoon without me ever knowing until the reminder popped up on my phone this morning. My car was spotlessly clean, better than I left it. The report I left with gave me advance notice of some expected maintenance that I can expect will be needed that is not routine in the future. I really appreciated that, as well as knowing the cost. I will never use another dealer.

    Tom Wood Lexus was very quick getting us in for the AC service we needed. They had a loner waiting for us when we arrived that evening. There was some issue getting one of the parts which delayed the repair. They were aware we were heading out of town for the weekend and told us to go ahead and make the trip in the loaner. Once we got the car back we noticed some that wasn't quite right so they told us to bring right back to them, again a loaner waiting for us. They had a loose fitting repaired that evening and we had our RX back the next AM.
    We were very happy with service and more importantly the way we were treated. It was all top notch.

    I had the privilege of working with Alicia recently and must say, I have never experienced such an exceptional level of customer service. Alicia went above and beyond to make sure she could help me find the car I was looking for. She truly was concerned about what mattered to me, versus pushing or guiding me towards what she had to sell. She is a natural and I would come back time and time again to this dealership simply because of her. She could really take sales and level of the customer service experience to the next level once she can not only be the first point of contact, but is afforded the opportunity to work cradle to grave with each customer. While I had a pleasant experience with everyone I encountered at the dealership, Alicia earned my trust because she truly cared in a way that translated beyond my visit that day. She would be the reason I would choose this dealership over another... not the cars! (Even though they are gorgeous!). Great job Alicia!!!

    When buying a new Lexus one would expect nothing less than excellent service before during and after the sale. My wife and I didn't have the initial sales experience we expected. We were passed around and did not have a knowledgeable sales rep to answer our questions about the vehicles. After spending the better part of an afternoon at the dealership we both left feeling unappreciated and somewhat frustrated having experienced better service with our previous encounters. The bright spot after deciding to buy and take delivery of our new car was the Lexus Technology Supervisor, Jonathan Fuller. After we had a couple of days to compile questions about the SUV we scheduled an appointment with Jonathan. He was extremely knowledgeable about all the technology and our Lexus. He took his time, encouraged questions and provided my wife and I an excellent experience on how we could understand and enjoy our new purchase. Hats off to Jonathan. He is one of the best employees for Tom Wood Lexus.

    I found Tom Wood Lexus to have an excellent staff, that was very helpful and informative, especially my sales rep James Gamble!

    I purchased a very nice used 3 series BMW from this dealer a little over a month and a half ago, and even though he was not familiar with BMW, he did his best to find information on how different systems in the car worked to answer any questions I had.
    Should I find my next goal vehicle, either a 5 or 7 series on this lot 5 years from now, I would not hesitate to do business with them again.

    Joe gave us a fantastic car buying experience from beginning to end. He was friendly, knowledgeable about the models we were interested in, and didn't put pressure on us as we decided what was best for us. We ended up leaving with a second Lexus because our first-time buying experience was so positive. Ask for Joe and you won't be disappointed!

    We needed to get a car quickly and the team at Tom Wood did a fantastic job of exceeding our expectations. Jordan Stenke made the process fast and easy. We had test driven and drove away with a new purchase in no time. I will definitely look Jordan up when I am ready to get another car.
