Doug was able to get in on short notice so that I could get my carpets cleaned before moving in. It was supposed to be his day off, but he understood the urgency and chose making my life easier over fishing. Not only was he accommodating, but he is just a nice person and did excellent work. I will use his services again and will recommend him to anyone with carpet cleaning and repair needs. Thanks Doug!

Doug did an awesome job of cleaning my recliner loveseat. The thing smelled like dog, but after Doug worked his magic the dog smell was gone. He was flexible and was really nice. Thanks for helping me out, Doug!

Doug is the man. My cat sprayed on the carpet leaving a big stain and causing the apartment to smell so bad it was hard to be in there. Doug came and knocked out the stain and smell in a couple minutes, and gave me instructions on what to do if the smell came back at all. Super kind helpful person. If you need your carpet cleaned/repaired this is the company to call!

Doug was great! Friendly and professional. My carpet is about 10 years old, had spots/stains. Was starting to buckle in a few spots. I called Doug he came out in two days, gave me an estimate that was reasonable. He came out the following week, stretched a few areas and re-tacked them. Cleaned everything and got out all the spots. It looks great and will service at least a few more years. I would highly recommend.

Doug is a true professional and prime example of what it means to be a small business owner in America that is reliable, resourceful, and commits to his word.
That kind of professionalism is incredibly rare to find these days. Doug is, without a doubt, a savior of carpet cleaning.
We have carpet in our kitchen (a true nightmare), but now we can be at peace with our home. The carpets in the kitchen, living room, and stairs are so clean it's mind-blowing.
