Want to refresh your bathroom on a budget? Replacing just the faucet and vanities sink can make such a difference. Just make sure to measure twice and cut once if your new sink is bigger than your old one. This new square sink is from Kohler and it was the perfect sink to complement the new faucet.

Out with the old, in with the new. Our clients did not like the existing vanity in the secondary bathroom so we replaced it with a beautiful prefabricated unit with a dark stain finished that contrasted well with the chrome hardware and square sink. That built in light on the mirror definitely made all the difference. Another successful bathroom remodel and another happy home owner!

This is one of our favorite bathroom remodel transformations. The pattern tile had to be cut at angles so the pattern could flow from wall to wall and the penny tile accents were the cherry on top. A brand new shower glass door with hardware to match the new Kohler shower trim. We can only achieve great work by working with great people and our homeowners were super happy with the final results.

This grand entrance needed restoration work. The iron details were cleaned and repainted. The front door panels had started splitting due to weathering and we're replaced and after a number of coats of high gloss black paint the door was back to new. Got the opportunity to listen to a panel compose of members of the Home Builders Institute (HBI), its partners and a young lady that benefitted from the programs that they offered here in Houston. The HBI helps prepare young men and women for work in the residential construction industry. All this staircase needed was some love. We stripped and sanded the old finish and stain from the wood and refinished it with a lighter color to match the newly installed floors. The stairs look like new and the homeowner is beyond happy with the finished product. Another A+ remodel job by TKS.

We were able to help our client update her upstairs bathroom and maximize the cabinet space. Warm colors made it more inviting and those are not wood floors, that is tile with a beautiful wood grain pattern and color. All in all our homeowner was excited to use her newly renovated bathroom. In remodels there is always an unknown. In this case we found that the subfloor had water damaged and was rotting away. We replaced the subfloor with treated plywood before the tile and plumbing installation so that there would be no future issues.
