Horrible service. Very hard to communicate with service person. They had service people come out to the site previously and definitely had the gate code before. Last service call, we waited and they claimed that they did not have the gate code, did not call the phone numbers on file. Did not show up and had us wait for 7 hours. Not the same service since the original company CCS alarm sold to Titan Alarm.

How did I not find this company sooner? Ben Sanchez has been great to work with. He's extraordinarily responsive to any concern and can answer any question. The staff has also been great from install to online support.

We started with another company for our security system. He could not get the system running right and then started to charge us for visits to fix it without telling us. Last straw was when he went on vacation leaving no one to help if the system did not operate correctly. We had an issue with one of our doors and he said it would have to wait till he got back from vacation. So we found Titan and what a pleasure. The cameras the other dealer sold us, that the previous company said could not record, can record! Titan showed us how. They also installed new camera's for us, they made sure all components in our location were operating correctly and every one at TItan has been a pleasure to deal with. We are very happy we made the switch. Our security system is running smoothly and I know if something needs attention we can call Titan and they will take care of it. Highly recommend Titan Alarm.

Titan has been extremely easy to work with. They are very knowledgeable and so friendly. Their pricing is reasonable and competitive. The software for our alarm and access control is very user friendly. Ryan Taylor was great to work with. I would highly recommend Titan!
