Alternator went out while traveling north. AAA towed me here. They charged me over $400 and took about five hours to install a remanufactured alternator. These scum gouge out of state victims. If you are not a local, avoid this place.

Ridiculous Expensive. Rude mechanics took advantage of two young girls traveling through and needed help. Charged $40 to install a headlight. Avoid this place if you can!! We had no choice and it was the only available option. We didn't know they were gonna charge that much til after it was done and had no other choice but to pay and get back on the road.

Not a fan of this place. Customer service was great, I’ll give them that, but for someone who works on their own cars the aftermath of this place is annoying. I had them install some new tires in my vehicle about 5k miles ago and all has been good for the most part. A few hours after my service I noticed two of my lug nuts missing. Now I’m doing my tire rotation and the lug nuts are over tightened. No way in hell anyone would have been able to loosen these on the side of the road!!!! Ohh let’s not forget about the oil change on my bill that I never requested. Anyways, if you like nice people this is the place for you. If you like working on your car and care about being able to change a flat or don’t like paying for something you didn’t want I WOULDN’T RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY.

I've been going here for service for three years now and had both good and bad experiences. Today I had an appointment for oil change & tire rotation and it took them an hour and a half to get it done! When I got home I realized that the tires had not been rotated and that there was damage to one wheel. I took it back and they claimed that they did not damage the wheel and that they had not taken the tires off. I knew this was not true and then they admitted to taking ONE wheel off. Wait, they were supposed to be doing a tire rotation! They brought me out to the garage and gathered around the wheel with the damage and agreed with one another that it wasn't their fault. While I waited, I noticed the owner came through and when I left I made it clear that I would not be back. The owner never made any effort to remedy the situation. All that they had to do was say, "we are sorry that we messed up." Instead, it was all about covering themselves. This was the final straw and I will not be back. I'm glad to know that there are many tire shops to choose from in Calhoun.

I have been using Tire Quest for a long time and have been very satisfied. The guys have always gone out of their way to keep me happy. But it works best if you make an appointment first. The prices are responsible for this kind of business. They won't let me leave unless they are sure my car is safe to drive. I thank them very much for their service.

Amazing service! We had a tire nearly blow out on our way through to Chicago and we stopped by the shop first thing in the morning and they got us out and on the road in no time! Highly recommend!

Great service. Bruce was very helpful. Found these tires I needed and had them on my truck withi6a few hours. ( Two days later my truck wouldn't start, so I called them. And they savedme, they bro5a battery to me and installed it) That's Customer service..

The time I went to have an alignment done on a Dodge neon, the guys that were trying to do it said that they were not the one who usually does it and he was already gone and they didn't know much about it! After an hour or so, they said that they would have to order a tool or something to be able to do the alignment and it should only take about a week! When I checked back, they had not received the tool! That was a few years ago and I guess they never received the tool! Or when I bought a set of tires for that car and it was supposed to come with free alignment every year and they forgot to put it in the computer, so when I went to get the alignment done, they knew nothing about the free alignment!

Just got a new tire here (the old one was worn down to the belt), and they put more air in the other tires, too. It was done in only about half an hour, so I was thrilled. Staff was friendly and gave us a quick assessment before starting work.

If I could give a zero-star review, I would. I've been there three seperate times for a simple oil change or tire rotation and got a wild story every time. The first time I took my car in for an oil change and the mechanic had found a rat inside my tire. He called me to their work area to "see for myself" but the rat was laying on the floor and no obvious tear or damage was done to the tire. The second being, my car was leaking oil only to find out they had not closed the lid all the way after the second oil change. And the third was a tire rotation that resulted in messed up lug nuts by the mechanics who then advised me to buy new ones. Terrible customer service overall. Don't waste your money or time.
