Absolutely best service ever. My trailer wheel broke the studs I took it to them to press and install new studs they went above and beyond. Took great of me military veterans taken care of like no other

I made an appointment over week in advance to have 4 new tires put on. I show up for my appointment they took all my information and vehicle information. Then he says to me let me check if we have them in stock. REALLY check to see if you have the tires in stock that I made an appointment to have put on over a week ago. He then went in back and came out and said he didn't have them in stock. So you had over a week to get the tires in for the appointment I made and you didn't have the decency to call me and let me know you didn't have the tires in stock for my appointment. DON'T waste your time with these clowns. I will NEVER use a tire kingdom again. They obviously like to waste their customers time.

If I could rate them a zero I would... Ya customer satisfaction is good but they do 1/2 butt job & don't like to fix their screw ups... They charge way to much on alot of their stuff

Had a tire blow out on my first trip in a long time by myself. They were fast to answer, cared about what was going on, allowed my dog inside to cool down after a long hot day of waiting for AAA and quickly fixed my tires. Thank you for fantastic, quick, caring service!

Totally impressed with start to finish on the service. Solved my tire problem. Cleaned and adjusted my brakes. Showed me suspension and no repairs needed. Even added an oil change at my request. I am very happy with new tires. Thank you Tire Kingdom. Will surely return for future services on my 1994 Buick Lesabre. Again great job and I am not complaining about price. Great service is well worth the money especially when your original car problem was resolved. Again thank you.

This Tire Kingdom's Store Manager, Gabriel Caloretti, goes above and beyond in his treatment of customers. He is also one of those managers that you will find working in the bay with his staff. I have the utmost admiration for him because of how he treats people and because of the kind of service I have received on my car. I know that I can count on him.

This Tire Kingdom Service Center at 276 Pondella Road North Fort Myers has the best service manager Ray Hankins. I had a tire blow out and called Mr. Hankins and within minutes order another tire for the vehicle and pro rated the tire.Mr. Hankins is one of the most trusted professional service managers in southwest florida. Experience: Got here at 3, asked for oil change and tire rotate. They called me at 4, said they recommend 2 tires and an alignment (on a 2014 w/ 14k miles?) So I agreed to alignment and 4 new tires in addition to oil change and balance. It is now 6:05 and they have had my car on and off the lift for test drives 3-4 times. I certainly feel something is going wrong with the alignment. Will post outcome in my product review.
Product: Very happy, alignment fixed all symptoms. Tires feel awesome. Tech did not inflate tires properly or reset any sensors, and I was charged $31 to reset sensors on tires and oil life.report this review
