The woman working there was incredibly rude. I believe her name is Sue. When I first got there, she told me I had to go next door to the tobacco store to the ATM because she didn't take credit or debit cards. So I did. I paid her $40. To remove SNS she was charging $30.she actually had the nerve to only give me $5 change. She kept $5 for a tip without asking and before services were provided. She was rude and very unfriendly. I felt so uncomfortable. I'm disappointed because I wanted a nail salon close to where I live as I go once a month, but I'll just keep driving to Milford because I won't go back here. Mt Orab needs a good nail salon!!!
Absolutely love my new x gel nails. Looks more natural than acrylic nails. Sue and Paul are so sweet and do amazing work
Very experienced, took the time, went above and beyond!!! And Paul is extraordinary!
Sue and Paul are always so welcoming and do a fantastic job! Such great people and even better service. Great prices as well!
Never a disappointment when I come here. I love the fact that I can give Sue any picture and she makes it happen. She toes and fingernails always look great after each appointment. I also love that I don't have to worry about breakage and cheap product. I would give her 10 stars if I could!!
Great nails. She took in me and a friend right at closing as we were desperate because our nails had been jacked from another salon. Not only did she stay open, she fixed our nails beautifully.
Sweet people! Happily gave a special needs teen a nice manicure. We felt very welcome! Thank You!
Walkin asked a few questions was treated very rude just for asking if i needed an appointment, place smells bad and was very unclean ,needs the board of health called on them
I usually go to Eastgate, but decided to try Tina's this time. There are only two techs, so service was slow and my tech had to take a break in the middle of my pedi to work on someone else's manicure. The facility wasn't fancy, and there was some clutter here and there, such as what appeared to be a hula hoop, some unused purses, office supplies, trash bags, etc. I prefer a more spa-like experience, but the actual pedicure was good and thorough.
I've been to plenty of nail salons and this one was definitely the worst. It was dirty (literally, garbage and papers sitting all over in one corner). The manicure and pedicure were not very detailed and I ended up with clear polish all over my finger tips. Plus, their prices are misleading. I got a manicure and pedicure. Sign says $16 for manicure and $30 for pedicure, which would be $46. I paid cash, which she said would be cheaper than paying with card (I'm assuming they give a cash discount as some salons do). She told me $50 and when I questioned her about it she said there was an extra $2 charge for polish which is total BS. Would not recommend and will never go there again.
Love Paul and Sue. They make me laugh and do a great job. Shellac is my favorite.
My wifes fill in and polish took 2 hours they had to stop in the middle to due a another ladies feet. Then the bill came to 46.95. For a fill and to get them painted. I will not pay them a dime again period we will go into town better service and better price.
Very nice people. They do a beautiful job. Prices reasonable. Only draw back is the wait at times is long.
Always had a great experience. Only nail salon that could give me nails strong enough to stand up to a job that broke all other nails! Definitely the best!
Very bad, both owners are rude, the place is not clean, and they change their prices even tho they are posted. They are high too. Would recommend the health inspectors check it out.
