Who are we? My story…….

I opened Tina’s fun stuff to wear in Ludlow, back in 1995. My family had the luxury of owning a ski condo for many years, and both my sons and I taught skiing at Okemo.

My last location was in Okemo Marketplace, next to Java’s, which I opened in the fall of 2006. Two months later I was diagnosed with Chordoma, a rare form of bone cancer. I continued to run the shop, as I travelled back and forth for treatments at MGH in Boston. Upon completion of same, I was forced to close in the summer of 2007, as I was too weak to proceed.

And…I’m back, after 18 years since my original shop opened only with the help of my new partner Liz Crowley. Liz has been living in Ludlow since 1999 and has been the wind beneath my wings! Without her, this project would have never come to fruition. We have collaborated and worked together on every piece of the puzzle.

Given that Chordoma needs funding for research as it’s a one in a million disease -- also known as “the orphaned cancer…”, a portion of my proceeds will be donated to the Chordoma Foundation.

The average survival rate is 7 years, but… I plan on being here for a long time!!!!
