  Brett may be great, as all the other reviewers claim. Unfortunately, he subcontracted my job out to a man named Paul. Paul argued the price and services that I had already agreed upon with Brett, was unprofessional at my house, and did a poor quality job on my interior windows. Brett never returned my call after the poor job. I wrote a detailed review, with pictures, and Brett had Paul call me. Paul offered me $50 to remove my bad review. When I declined and flat out told him that was sleazy, he threatened me with a retaliatory bad review, I still declined. After a couple of phone calls, he said he and Brett would pitch in money for a partial refund (as I no longer lived in the house where the job was performed) in exchange for taking down the review. Finally, he got quite heated and accused me of trying to sabotage a small business owner and put him out of business. As this was not my intent, I relented and agreed to the partial refund and promised to take down the review. He never sent the refund. I checked in a month later and Paul promised to send a check out that week. It has been another month, and no refund. Brett has never tried to contact me about my dissatisfaction with the job or the review I left. He doesn't appear to stand by the work of his subcontractor, Paul. If you hire this company and Paul shows up, I would recommend turning him away as he is very unprofessional and does poor work.

  I was very pleased to say the least. I called after procrastinating and asked for quick service as we were taking photos for realtor within 4 days. They responded almost immediately , gave me a super fair price and finished the job within 72 hours including a weekend. They even came two hours early after checking with me to be sure it was ok. Eric was super professional, quick and even wore booties inside the house which is very thoughtful. I would have no suggestions to improve this great service. Awesome communication as well. Thank you to the team at Time to Shine. I'll be recommending this company to all the neighbors.

  Bret did a great job on my windows! The pricing was fair and the scheduling was a breeze! I never knew my windows would shine that well!! I hope to use Bret and his team for years to come!
