I use to own a car business in that location and I guarantee this is a false review. Another dealer came into my location immediately after I moved and I can only assume they met with him or I was often confused with a dealership on the corner by Maverick Gas station who did use high pressure and I had heard of such treatments. I never refused information nor did I EVER use high pressure. I even talked people out of cars if I felt they couldn't afford it, etc. It wasn't my main business so high pressure was never a policy.
IF these people did have engine trouble, you can bet they would have called me, and they didn't. I went above and beyond in all years of business and never had a customer ever return to me with a story like this. I didn't ever use religion as an influence. Don't disparage my religion or my integrity. This is a bogus review from an "anonymous Google user?" Get real.
We drove up to look at a car we saw online. We liked it and asked to see the Carfax. He changed the subject and said we'd get to that later. We took a test drive and liked it more and again, asked to see the Carfax. He began discussing prices and casually changed the subject again. He started talking about his LDS mission and all his wonderfully spiritual experiences (which should have tipped us off). We were dumb enough to get the check before he showed us the Carfax. In the hussle and bussle of buying a car, and the pressure he put on us, we never did get to see the Carfax.
A month later the engine went out, and through our mechanic we found out the engine had already had major problems that were listed on the Carfax. If we had seen it (like we requested from him multiple times) we would not have bought the car. Which is why, most likely, he did not want to show it to us. It was very sneaky and we are appalled that this guy who kept bragging about how astoundingly religious and honest he is screwed us so bad. I would not recommend him to anyone, and we are very dissapointed that someone would abuse their religion to trick people into thinking they are honest.
