Lisa Carroll
Prior to starting my career in real estate, I taught special education students in Hillsborough County Public Schools, where I worked with autistic children, and advocated for their needs. Pushing my professional interests in Western Florida a step further, I left teaching to pursue a career in residential real estate. In 1993, I started with Century 21, where I received the Rookie of the Year Award, and after a successful run, moved on to RE/MAX, where I continued on a trajectory of excellence, eventually carrying a multi-million dollar rental portfolio and moving on yet again to own and operate my own firm for twelve years. During my time away from work, I enjoy painting, experimenting with essential oils, working out, and preparing healthy meals for my family. By way of education, I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Special Education from the University of South Florida.
Tim Carroll
As a former Series 7 Stock Broker and mortgage broker, my experience in investments and mortgage banking is deep and benefits clients greatly. I earned Bachelor of Arts degrees in English Literature and Mass Communications from Montclair State University in Montclair, New Jersey. I am also musically talented, and as such, spend my spare time composing music, teaching guitar and songwriting to kids, and performing as a guitarist and vocalist; occasionally opening for musical groups such as Flock of Seagulls and Yellowman.
