We saw a NP. She was awesome! BUT the office Manager is unbelievably rude! I called the office trying to see why I was getting a bill for something I already paid for. Come to find out I was mistaken and still had a balance due. I needed as much information as possible so I could contact my insurance company to see why they haven't paid their part. The office Manager didn't give me her name, kept speaking over me saying "look lady"!?! And tried to tell me I didn't have insurance, which I do, and we pay a lot of money for it each month. She had my file pulled up but couldn't speak to me with respect or call me by my name. VERY VERY unprofessional. All I wanted to do was pay my bill!

Wouldn't have given even one star, called to make my son an appointment and the first available was may 2017...um hello people need to be seen now not 2 months from now...smh!
