I’ve had great experiences with my inspections the last couple years at Tice’s. They fixed my bumper that was hanging off my car to the point where I didn't recognize my car the following day in a store parking lot. I was looking for my car with the busted bumper and instead I found my car that had a bumper that was nice and neatly put back together. Probably nothing to them but it means the world to me. Thank you to the gentlemen working that day and also the nice woman out front. I appreciate the extension of kindness and will be sure to pay it forward.

If they had a choice for negative stars it would be negative 200!!! My fiance cody just bought a car off them on the 24th he put $700 deposit down they didnt let him leave with the car until the bank gave them the money for it. But we were told if the bank calls to lie and tell them the car is in our possession! Shady! The 26th they call to tell cody he can finally pick up the car after they "INSPECT" it. Not even 2 hours after he drove it off the lot he was in a serious accident because he had no brakes!!!! What kind of dealer and licensed shop would put a pass sticker on a vehicle with absolutley no brakes!!!! A state trooper specailized in vehicle saftey made them pick the car up so he could watch them go back over inspection and needless to say it failed!!! We were told by the state police and the insurance company to pursue charges legally and that they will be going after the owner Bill aggressively!!

Bought an 07' Chevy Cobalt from them on January 1st this year. After having it for less than 24 hours I noticed a rattle in the front end when going over bumps. So I took it back for them to figure out what was wrong with it the next day. I was told right out of the gate that "THEY weren't putting anymore money into that car". But they humored me enough to put it up on the lift and tell me that they couldn't find anything wrong. Well, over the course of the last few months the rattle has become MUCH worse. So I took it to a trusted mechanic in the area. He pulls the car in, puts it up on the lift. and immediately points out that the control arm bushings are completely toast. I'm sorry, but that doesn't happen in just a few months of hardly driving the vehicle. Not to mention that they painted right over the rust on the car, which is now showing due to the weather washing off the paint. I wouldn't buy from them again and I suggest you don't either.

I Was told before my bank made payment, "we stand by everything we don't want you to go around telling people we sell garbage." After the bank made payment "oh we don't fix that we only warrantee power-train. " I was lied to and the funny part I took a car salesmans on his word! Wrong thing to do!

Honestly this place is dishonest. I bought a truck from them with all the promises that everything was fine and the vehicle was in great condition, and with in the matter of three months the truck has started to fall apart. The only thing i get back is excuses and we'll try to work with you. I am very displeased.

been going to tices for over 4 years always helpful to me or my son have 3 trucks 2 Dakotas 1 chevy 1500 ext cab alwaysget the job done when I need them back no phony parts not in great bunch of guys dennis on 3/2 hade exhaust manfold gaskets replaced on my 2004 Dakota 4.7 hade it ready that day runs great dennis
