Best food and quality service. You may have to wait a little longer than some other places but it's worth it. There is a reason they are busy they are the best!

I cannot comment on the food as we mever received it. We ordered +$50 of food through GrubHub. Minutes after the order was confirmed we received a text saying the order had been cancelled. The restaurant claimed we were too far for delivery (less than 2 miles)
Other reviewers stated they were in complexes much further than ours. When we spoke to the restaurant directly there was no offer to make food if we wanted to pick it up. Person was rude and obnoxious. We were excited to try this establishment but we will never patronize this place. Call Coco's or Township Line Pizza. They are both very clean, cook from scratch, and are a pleasure to deal with.response / report this review -

Been waiting for 90 minutes on a delivery. It's Wednesday. Called back they said someone is out then hung up before I could respond. Sounded like a little kid on the phone. Usually good service. This is insane.

Just want to give a heads up on how poorly thunderbird pizza in Springfield pa is managed. Don't plan on ordering if you'd expect any customer service what so ever from this place. Only ordered a pizza and a wrap and they could remember to deliver the wrap, didn't know they forgot it, and had the audacity to tell us it's our fault. No compensation for the $6 wrap that THEY forgot. It's an embarrassment that thunderbird doesn't even remotely care about any customer. Spoke to the manager and just got the runaround. Still haven't received the wrap or a refund supposedly they are taking care of the refund. Will never order from there again. Hopefully they change owners and learn some customer service!

Food is mediocre at best and very overpriced. Their cheese steaks are among the worst I've ever had. Their Pizza is just okay but again, overpriced.

Total waste of money. The steak sandwiches and meatball parm were so skinny and had hardly any meat. How do you slice a 1" meatball into thirds!? The pizza cheese stunk and the dough was gummy. Everything tasted awful. Would give negative stars if I could.

This place flat out does it right. Too often a pizza shop can do pizza pretty well, but not the accompanying items (steaks, wings, salads, etc..) Thunderbird does it all great!
