  This was our 5th home inspection and was by far the most comprehensive and through inspection we had ever had on a home.
  Earl Horn was on time, professional and extremely knowledgeable in all areas of the home from foundations to construction, electrical, plumbing, heating, A/C, generators, appliances, water testing and pests. He takes his time to go through the entire house with you top to bottom and explains everything to you as he goes. His final reports are well detailed, clear and includes photos of areas of concern. We would highly recommend Threshold Home Inspection for your next home inspection.

  Our inspection was extremely thorough and informative. Earl Horn, our inspector, answered all our questions in a friendly and knowledgeable manner, and definitely had our best interests at heart. Earl even offered to consult with us on any issues we encountered with his recommendations in the future. That is going above and beyond our contract with Threshold!   The inspection was done for our home prior to putting it on the market in order to find any unexpected problems. It was done promptly, was VERY thorough, and revealed some internal rotted wood which clearly would be a problem if found by prospective buyers. Took close to 4 hours with me following him around. Final report came in 48 hours listing all the fine points and suggestions which will bring things up to code and impress a buyer. Earl does a professional job well worth the cost.

  Earl came highly recommended to me and now I understand why, this is the first home inspection I have ever been through. I followed him every step from basement to attic while he pointed out both good things about the construction and things that maybe weren't quite up to code. Several items were given to the owners and are being corrected. If I ever have any questions he said to simply call him and he will be glad to help, I would use him again and recommend him to everyone!!

  Earl from Threshold Home Inspection was thorough and professional throughout our recent inspection. He brought his many years of experience to some specific problems, which helped us immensely. He was meticulous in his search, and explained his findings very clearly to us. We would highly recommend Threshold.
