    Beware of this dealership) this may be the worst experience I've ever had,I am a Lexus owner and I recently have been getting my car oil changes at Toyota with their synthetic oil I have had great experience from Mississauga Toyota in Canada I had great experiences with the Toyota dealership in Alexandria I've just moved to Calabasas made an appointment for 830 in the morning told him I needed to be out to catch a flight they said come on Saturday will get you in and out.RIGHT GOOD LUCK!!! Staff told me minimum two hours when I told him I had a flight to catch Alexander basically told me too bad the bay areas were filthy I would assume their work is just as disorganized as their staff the manager I think his name is Ron should find another career he has no idea how to manage dealership needs to take responsibility for the poor service staff delivers.Came over to Lexus world of a difference breath of fresh air for the same money

    This dealership treats my father with respect and I appreciate that. They are helpful and understanding when it comes to the elderly. Kudos to customer satisfaction.

    I moved from the East San Fernando Valley and took my 2009 Toyota to North Hollywood Toyota until now. I just took my car in for regular maintenance service for the first time to TO Toyota, and Robin was my service writer. I told him I thought my brake pads might need replacing because I was hearing a noise periodically. When they were finished checking the car out, Robin told me the pads are still good and there was no need to replace. Other than that, he was all about keeping the car in optimal safety and running condition and communicating with me what will need replacing when. He also was on top of getting me a shuttle home and back, something I didn't experience with NoHo Toyota. I'll be asking for him on my next service maintenance trip when I'll probably be replacing my filters per his advice.

    Never had an issue once with their service department. Lounge is decent enough and they provide rides locally to and from which is nice. They also worked with my insurance which some rats ate up my wiring so kudos for helping a brother out :)

    Excellent car buying experience. This is 3rd dealer we visited and by far the nicest staff and best deal we could find. Would definitely buy again from TOT.

    The only reason this review gets a 2 is for the shuttle service. I made an appointment for a Saturday at 10:30 to have a recall service completed. The service was to refresh the ECU to meet emission standards. I was told the car would be completed between 4-5 same day. When I asked the service writer why it would take that long he no reason other than "It just takes that long". When I picked the car up at 4, the service receipt indicated the tech took 45 minutes to complete the work. My appointment was pointless. This is the very exact reason I do not use them to complete routine services on the car. Thank you for stranding me at home on my Saturday and wasting my time. I wouldn't recommend them for anything that you can have completed elsewhere.

    Professional, supportive, informative, positive. These are just a few words that describe my recent experience in purchasing a Sienna from Toyota. I could not have found more helpful, supportive team members to help me with this big purchase. I am nothing but happy and I highly recommend Toyota in Thousand Oaks. You cannot find more helpful fantastic and professional service!

    I was told it would take 1-1/2 hours to do an automatic transmission fluid service. At 2-1/2 hours I asked the service agent. He said "it shouldn't be much longer." Approx. 20 minutes later it was magically completed. They said they had to wait for the fluid to cool down. I'm sure this isn't the first automatic transmission fluid service they have done. And they should know within a very narrow period of time when it should be done. Just tell the customer a REAL time frame. Customers may have other things scheduled and are working around what time was told to them.

    I have a 2016 Toyota Highlander and started going to Thousand oaks Toyota for service because the local competition here in Simi Valley wasn't the best. Scott Lindsay is the service consultant that I look for when I drop my car off for service. His customer service skills are excellent and I am extremely satisfied when my car is returned to me. I just had my 35,000 mile check up today and I had a nail in my tire. When I picked up my car the tire was repaired, and I was not charged for the service. Just one of many outstanding things that show they really take care of there customers. You Guys are the best, keep up the good work and thanks again for your service.

    It was time for me to let go of my 1997 Silver RAV4 with 96,000 miles on her. We did business with Mitch Bohn and couldn't be happier. No high pressure sales, which made us feel at ease. Drove off with a new Silver RAV4! Thanks Thousand Oaks Toyota and a special thanks to Mitch.

    I've bought my last 3 cars from Thousand Oaks Toyota. The reason I keep coming back is because they always take care of me. Cory in sales
    always makes me feel he is operating with my best interest in mind. The finance department worked with me. They were fair and nice. No pressure sales. And Yobi in the service department is the best!! I would and have recommended TO Toyota.

    I had an amazing experience at Thousand Oaks Toyota. I visited on Saturday 12/3/16 and was immediately assisted by John Sheridan. He was very helpful and NOT pushy. I took my Camry for a test drive and loved it, but it wasn't my intention to buy that day. I had planned on visiting Honda and Kia that weekend to test drive vehicles as well before making a decision. However, Thousand Oaks Toyota made me an offer I couldn't refuse. Their willingness to work with me, offer me a great price on my trade in, and work with my financing despite a "not so great" score, made it impossible to refuse. Since then, I have loved every moment of driving in my new 2017 Camry. :)
