  I had a group there for a Bachelor party. Trip was booked & paid for with a scheduled time of 10:00AM Saturday October 7th. Which is today. They were told to be there by 9:30AM and showed up a little earlier. They stayed until 11:00AM waiting for the guide to show up!! Called the office many times- no answer. Also made an attempt to contact someone on their Facebook page. No luck with that either. They made a trip up there just for this! What a waste of money and time. Absolutely ridiculous!

  "More Like a Jail Cell then Cabin"....A Gray Sinder Block building that has A Dark Grungy Low Indoor Outdoor Carpet that when barefoot feels just Dirty. Old Fridge with only One Decreped Shelve almost Collapsible of too much Weight on it. Advise to Wash Dishes since The Silverwear Drawer having Mouse Droppings. Ended Up Before Unloading all Belongings going to Nearby Local Family Grocery to Buy Cleaning Supplies to Sanatize whole Cabin before using! Toilet Wobbles leaks rug damp and wet. Would also Advise wearing Flip Flops in the Old Cellar Shower. Limited Plugins, Has Tv but no Stations With Old VSH player that was Broke and Old Tapes. Radio Can Only Bring in One Religious Talk Station...One Fan To help with Heat due to lack of Air Conditioner. Bright Lights Outside Shine thru the Sheer Curtains again Advise to Cover window with one of the Old Dated Comforters. Old Small Metal Hospital like Full Double Beds with Flat Pillows. Sheets felt clean but the Old Satin Feel Poly Comforter felt just Old And Used. Saw Several Ants or Roaches crawling from Under Couch/Futon. Uncomforble Velvet Dated Chair best to Use Own Camp Chairs. CampSites and Bar Get loud. No Real Aviance just Look at Other Cabins and Bar. Nearby lake across road about a Quater mile or so. Disappointed with Such a Low Standard of Cleaniness and Lack of Desirable Surroundings Inside. "A Few Major Updates could make the Cabin be Cute and Quaint" New Bedding, Curtains, Furniture, Paint, Wood Floor, New Shower Stall Ect.... It Could Be Delightful Cheerful Charming with Charater. I would say you get what you pay for but have been several other places for about the same cost but Not to this Extreme.

  The guides for the whitewater rafting were excellent. Our family took advantage of the two river special and had fantastic time especially on Peshtigo river with the funyaks. Kathy and the other crews are also kind, helpful, pleasant, and fun

  Planning a rafting trip on short notice can be challenging. Kathy and her crew make it an amazing experience and are ready to help with any problems. Extra shout outs to Tammy for helping us check in and find our destination! Doug & James for helping us find our camp site while high winds and lightning kept us going! And finally Brian, Andrew, Kevin, Tom, and Doug for the best rafting trip ever! Brian thanks for making it a commemorative experience hope to see you next year in June!

  This was one of the best camping trips I have ever been on. To start of our trip we arrived to the campground and our site was so huge and private. Also really enjoyed not having to lug bundles of back and forth they have it already before you arrive. I really recommend going white water rafting. Our guides name was Doug and he was phenomenal. Throughout the trip he made sure we were safe, comfortable, and had the correct knowledge. In every situation he was able to act fast and get everyone to safety. The best tour guide ever!! He deserves a raise!!!!!!!!

  A great place to rent when your looking for cheap cabins or tent camping. Great new bar and management. Knowledge whitewater rafting guides. If you want to disappear and enjoy the outdoors this is a great place to go!!!!

  Kathy was super understanding we had a miscommunication about our rafting reservation and were able to reschedule with no problem. Rafting guide Tim was awesome. Had a lot of fun on the rapids and was able make it super fun on the calm waters too. So A+ from me. Thank you!

  Cabins not very modern with few outlets for fan and chargers.also infested with ants. Also the bar was very loud during the week playing heavy metal extremely drunk and vulgar people. Not a great family resort. The area is great though with lots to do. Just won't stay here again.

  Kathy and her team do not know how to run a business or treat customers. Their bookkeeping system is a notepad and pencil with random chicken scratches everywhere. They do not communicate with one another about anything. They also charge different amounts for the same activities and do not give receipts. We had nothing but problems from day one. They completely messed up our paintballing, camping, and rafting reservations. We called a month in advance with our definite numbers and made our reservations. They claim we did not because there was no note of it in their professional notepad. Kathy stated that it was the "most fucked up rafting trip ever scheduled," For all of the troubles, Kathy offered a bar tab on our last night. We went up to the bar later that night to see if the bar tab was still available. Kathy was outside smoking a cigarette. One person and I went up and said, "Hi, excuse me, we were just wondering if we still had a bar tab for tonight." Kathy does not look us in the eyes or say a word. She continues smoking her cigarette, tilts her chin up, and shakes her head at us with a scowling look on her face. We said "Okay, thank you." and walked away.
  
  Our last night there, Jolene also had the audacity to accuse our group of underpaying. That we only paid for 9 people total for rafting and 10 people went. She was rude and accusatory towards our group when their inconsistency and lack of communication made everything disorganized. It was impossible for us to cheat them out of their money since we could not even be scheduled for anything until we paid.
  
  Their rude, accusatory tone, foul language, disorganization, and lack of communication were by far the worst I have ever dealt with in customer service and on any camping trip. We have been doing this annual camping trip for 6 years. We understand it was a big group (16 people) checking in at different times with different activities being paid for by each. HOWEVER, the way they conducted themselves was inexcusable, and the campground we normally go to, Kosir's, as never had any issues. When we're spending over $1,000 at your establishment, pre-booked everything in advanced as we were directed to, and communicated with you through out the process to try to make it as easy as possible, we definitely deserve better treatment than we received.
  
  Do yourself a favor, drive 5 minutes up the road and go to Kosir's instead. The only positive I have about this place was the fun, energetic rafting and paintballing guides. They were awesome. Kathy and Jolene, on the other hand, were horrible.

  We had such a great time here. The staff is kind, generous, and so helpful. It's a beautiful, welcoming place, and I highly recommend it!
