VERY unorganized. I caught them in lies multiple times. I had to take work off on 3 different occasions just to make sure the job was going to get finished. They would tell me they were going to show up and never did. After final payment they contacted me multiple times saying the cant see it, i had to send them a screenshot of my bank account to prove it had been withdrawn. Very unpleasant to deal with.
The end product tuned out very nice.

Update: Owner called and we had a conversation and expressed his sympathy and assured me that the company strives for customer care and service. He was very generous and would be making sure this doesn't happen again.

We remodeled our bathroom and needed a cabinet that wasn't 'standard size.' Thorcraft came through! We also wanted a certain color for the cabinet that we were having a hard time locating. They matched the paint color from a photo I sent them. Very happy with the quality of their work!

We are in many homes where Thorcraft does the cabinetry... It is always well done, gorgeous to behold, and they find VERY good installation crews to put the cabinets in. My parents kitchen and other cabinetry is also very well built, looks great, and work smoothly. HIGHLY recommend that more people check Thorcraft out!
