This is the BEST experience dealing with this great company. We purchased the Lifetime Screen for our garage. It is really nice to have fresh air in the garage and the house. Our three dogs are fans also of the fresh air and the views. The compliments go to the team who sold, installed, and fixed my garage door purchased elsewhere. Use this company if you can.

Thompson garage door company exceeds customer expectations in service ,reliability and price. 9 years ago we had Thompson replace the whole garage door and opener and have had no problems but replaced a spring only. That's reliability and service to count on.

I submitted the online form for an estimate this morning, got a call from Stephanie (who was so sweet!) to schedule repair and give me pricing and information, and my garage door was good as new before 5 PM TODAY! Originally I had an appointment in four days, but they had an opening this afternoon, so Stephanie called back and sent the repair people over immediately. They were able to accommodate my schedule, offered transparency and all-around excellent customer service. I will absolutely be returning when my old garage doors need replacing. I requested estimates from 2 other companies, my garage was fixed before I even got a call back from either of them. I would give 10 stars if I could!

Dustin was amazing to work with for an entire new door for my house. The final price was less than he estimated. He was prompt for the install and did a great job cleaning up after replacing everything! Can’t say enough about how much quieter and sturdier this new door is compared to what they took away. Highly recommend Thompson’s!
